So named because of the lion's paw holding up one of the the shelves, the Beauty and the Beast Double Queen with kitchen was renovated in December 2017.  Reclaimed wood and metal give it a feel that is rustic yet modern.  The floor is solid hickory, the countertops are cedar slabs.  The kitchen is very pleasant with plenty of room to work.  It has a 30 inch electric range with five burners and a convection oven.  Essential pots and pans are supplied, along with dishware, glassware and cutlery.  The television is a 4K 55 inch Samsung; we have more than 100 channels via DirecTV.  Complementary high speed internet is available via wifi.  An HDMI cord is provided if you wish to watch a movie from your computer on a big screen.

As the name suggests, the room has two queen beds and sleeps four.  It measures 300 square feet (28 sq. meters).  Like all of our rooms, this one has a microwave oven, small refrigerator, and a coffee maker.  We supply "Blind Dog" coffee to our guests, and it is excellent.  There is a telephone in the room for local and incoming calls.  All taps on the property have water from our Artesian well, and we doubt you've ever had better.  

As you might expect from the name, the Beauty and the Beast Double Queen with kitchen is pet friendly.
